Currently, 14 Vande Bharat Trains are running in India, but Jharkhand is waiting for its first Vande Bharat Express. According to the media reports, by the end of April 2023, Jharkhand Vande Bharat Express will start between Ranchi and Patna.
Jharkhand is famous for waterfalls, hills, holy places and rich mineral resources. Jharkhand has many famous tourist places, attracting lakhs of travellers annually from across the country. Starting the Vande Bharat in Jharkhand will attract more tourists because they can visit most of Jharkhand’s attractions in less time.
The South Eastern Railway zone of the Indian Railways is set to introduce a Jharkhand Vande Bharat Express Train. It will be the first Vande Bharat Express for Jhar, connecting next to Jharkhand’s capital, Ranchi and Bihar’s capital Patna.
Jharkhand Vande Bharat Train Timing
As per the media reports, Indian railways has planned for three Vande Bharat for Jharkhand in the upcoming months. These Vande Bharat Express will run between Howrah Junction – Bokaro Steel City, Howrah Junction – Jamshedpur – Ranchi and Patna Ranchi. Jharkhand Vande Bharat train timetable has been confirmed on any route. The final table will be announced after the train trial run.
Jharkhand Vande Bharat Train Route
The first Jharkhand Vande Bharat, which will run between Ranchi and Patna, will follow the route of Ranchi-Bokaro Steel City-Netaji SC Bose Junction Gomo-Hazaribag-Koderma-Gaya-Jehanad-Patna. The second Vande Bharat train for Jharkhand will connect Howrah Junction – Bokaro Steel City will follow the route of Bokaro Steel City-Dhanbad Junction-Asansol Junction-Durgapur-Howrah. Howrah Junction – Jamshedpur – Ranchi Vande Bharat, which will be the third Vande Bharat for Jharkhand, will run on the Ranchi-Muri-Tatanagar Junction-Kharagpur Junction-Howrah route.
Jharkhand Vande Bharat Train Ticket Price
Railway officials have not yet confirmed ticket prices for any Jharkhand Vande Bharat Express. According to sources, the Ranchi Patna Vande Bharat Express train will cost around 1200 rupees for a single journey in AC Chair Car class and 2000 rupees for Exec. Chair Car (EC).
