Currently, there are more than 30 trains between Kanpur and Lucknow which run on a daily basis or a few run once or twice a week.

Kanpur Lucknow Vande Metro Route will cover a distance of 71 km. During the travelling of 71 km, Vande Metro will stop at Magarwara, Unnao Junction, Sonik, Ajgain, Kusumbhi, Jaitipur, Harauni, Piparsand, Amausi and Manak Nagar between Kanpur Central and Lucknow Charbagh railway station.

Currently, the MEMU Express between Kanpur and Lucknow takes around 2 hours to complete the journey of 71 km. Lucknow Kanpur Vande Metro will complete the journey between Lucknow and Kanpur in only 1 hour and 30 minutes which helps travellers to save 30 minutes on every trip.
