For the first time in India, the Indian railway has started the Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express train for New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. To handle the rising number of travelers during the festive season, Indian Railways will operate special trains. Notably, for the first time, the Vande Bharat Express will be designated as a special train for those heading home during Diwali.
