Rule of Counselling for D Pharmacy in J&K
- The Board will not accept or reply to any requests sent by Email or WhatsApp.
- Candidates can fill their online choices/preferences from 12-09-2025 to 15-09-2025 (midnight). Detailed instructions are already given in the Counselling Procedure on the Board’s official website.
- Candidates must pay an online counselling fee of Rs. 1000/-. After submitting their preferences, they should take a printout and ensure the payment is shown in their records.
- Candidates who have not uploaded documents such as Domicile Certificate, 10th/12th Marks Card, or Diploma (for DOB verification) will be allowed to participate provisionally. However, they must meet all eligibility conditions and submit the required documents at the time of admission if selected.
- Candidates must make sure their Category Certificate is valid and should not be issued after 15-09-2025, the last date of filling preferences.
- The Seat Matrix will be uploaded on the Board’s website one day before counselling starts.
- Candidates should check the course fee structure directly with the college/institute before applying.
- Filling online preferences does not guarantee admission. Final admission depends on eligibility, which will be verified by the respective college/institute at the time of admission.
- Admission is provisional and can be cancelled if any information provided is found false, fake, or incorrect. The Board may also take action as per rules.
- If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their admission will be cancelled immediately without notice.
