Diwali Special Vande Bharat Will Stop At These Stations

For the first time in India, the Indian railway has started the Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express train for New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

To handle the rising number of travelers during the festive season, Indian Railways will operate special trains. Notably, for the first time, the Vande Bharat Express will be designated as a special train for those heading home during Diwali. The Diwali Special Vande Bharat train, consisting of 16 coaches, will run between New Delhi and Patna, covering a distance of 1000 km in approximately 11 hours and 30 minutes.

Because many people travel during Diwali and Chhath festivals, the Railways are planning 52 special trains that will make 522 trips. They are also getting ready to run more trains. The Northern Railway aims to have about 1.8 million seats available for passengers this year. This is to make sure there are enough seats for everyone who wants to travel during the festivals. The goal is to make traveling easier and more comfortable for people.

Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express Route

Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express Route will cover a distance of 1000 km between New Delhi and Patna. This the first time that Vande Bharat train will run on this route. The New Delhi to Patna railway route is one of the busiest railway routes in India.

Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express Stop List

The Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express will make stops at several important stations along its route. Passengers traveling on this special train can expect halts at Patna Junction, Ara Junction, Buxar, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj Junction, Kanpur Central, and New Delhi.

Diwali Special Vande Bharat Express Timetable

The Diwali Special Vande Bharat train will start its journey at 7:25 a.m. from Patna Junction and arrive in New Delhi at 7 p.m. on the same day. The Vande Bharat Express departing from New Delhi Railway Station will also leave at 7:25 a.m. and reach Patna Junction at 7 p.m.
