Fairfield School of Law has Announced 2nd National Moot Court Competition Winner

Fairfield School of Law, moot court society, hosted a thrilling three days long 2nd national moot court competition in 2023. FIMT’s 2nd National Moot Court Competition Witnessed Huge Success.

The Fairfield School of Law is one of the top law colleges in India and is known to provide students with complete exposure. The academic culture of the college is one which helps students get a complete understanding of the legal field. This is the second moot court competition arranged and was a great success indeed.

Students from top law colleges participated from all around the country. There was a lot of new exposure for the law students who wanted to learn. The competition was conducted in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority! It gave the students a real-life feeling of being in a court. The event was a three-day long event and made sure that the students could put their sayings into perspective.

About FIMT 2nd National Moot Court Competition

The evening began with a welcome address delivered by V.K.N Bhardwaj, Chairman of FIMT Group of Institution, followed by a Nukkad Natak performed by the team of PLVs of FIMT-Legal Aid Society on the importance of free legal aid and legal service clinic under SW-DSLSA.

The prize distribution money was graced by honourable justice Mr V.K Rao Judge, Delhi High Court, Sh. K.P Sundar Rao, Senior advocate supreme court of India as of honour and Ms Firdouse Qutb Wani, Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Kumar, USLLS, GGSIPU, as a special guest.

Mhd Abdul Rehman of the University School of Law, Bangalore University, has won the best speaker award.

Campus Law Centre Delhi University has won the best Memorial award.

Himachal Pradesh National Law University has won the best researcher award.

Campus Law Centre took home the cup as the winner and a Cash Prize of INR 31,000.

Sharda University won the runner trophy and Cash Prize of INR 15,000.
