The Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT), Delhi, has announced the 5th All India Moot Court Competition 2026, scheduled to be held from 12 to 14 March 2026 at its campus on Bijwasan Road, New Delhi. The national-level legal event will offer cash prizes and awards worth ₹2,00,000, attracting participation from law students across India.
FIMT is a NAAC-accredited, A+ Grade institution, approved by the Government of NCT of Delhi and affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Through realistic courtroom experiences, students develop confidence in public speaking, legal drafting, research, and oral arguments. FIMT 5th All India Moot Court Competition 2026 Eligibility and Team Composition
- The competition is open to all students enrolled bonafide on a regular basis in a law course or its equivalent, conducted by any recognized College/ Institution/ University.
- Each team shall comprise three members, two of whom shall be designated as speakers, and the third member shall be designated as a researcher.

The Competition will be conducted on March 12 -14 , 2026. The final round will be conducted on March 14 , 2026 at FIMT Campus, Bijwasan Road, New Delhi 110097
