Why We Celebrate Hariyali Teej
Hariyali Teej is a festival celebrated by married women who observe a day-long fast to pray for their husbands’ longevity and well-being. Interestingly, in various regions of India, unmarried girls also partake in the Hariyali Teej vrat with the hope of finding a husband with qualities akin to Lord Shiva.
