Kacheguda Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express, which will connect Hyderabad and Bengaluru, is expected that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the train in virtual mode next week.
The Kacheguda Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express will operate between the capitals of Karnataka, Bengaluru, and Telangana, Hyderabad. This marks the third semi-high-speed Vande Bharat Express for the state of Telangana. Earlier in January, an announcement was made by the South Central Railway officials about the introduction of this semi-high-speed express train connecting Yesvantpur in Bengaluru and Kacheguda in Hyderabad.
The planned Vande Bharat train service aims to link Kacheguda in Hyderabad and Yeshwantpur in Bangalore, thereby substantially curtailing the travel duration between these two prominent IT hubs in India. At present, the journey from Hyderabad to Bengaluru consumes approximately 11 to 13 hours aboard superfast express trains. Nevertheless, with the forthcoming launch of the new Vande Bharat Express, this travel duration is anticipated to shrink to approximately 8.30 hours. Currently, the fastest train between Hyderabad and Bangalore is Rajdhani Express which takes approximately 10 hours to complete.
