Now it’s confirmed that Sudhir Chaudhary joined Aaj Tak as consulting editor. Ten days after his resignation from Zee was accepted, Sudhir Chaudhary was announced to Join India Today Group.
According to an email circulated to employees from India Today Group’s Kalli Purie, Chaudhary and Aaj Tak are “collaborating to bring to our 100 million viewers an exciting new show anchored by him”, under the supervision of news director Supriya Prasad. It was earlier reported that he is set to start his venture. However, the former Editor-in-Chief and CEO of Zee News have plans to collaborate with Aaj Tak to target 100 million viewers through his new show, which will be announced soon.
