The high podium features World View as its focal point, with World Crest and World One flanking it on either side.

The Palais Royale is 2,300 square feet, with 120 apartments, a spa, a movie theatre, a badminton court, a cricket pitch, three swimming pools, and a football field. It has 56 floors.

7. The 42 Kolkata
The 42, Kolkata is a residential high-rise in the city of Kolkata. At 268 metres, it towers over all other buildings in Kolkata. There are currently 61 floors, but after a rule change about building within one kilometre of the Metro Railway corridor, an extra four will be added. However, 56 flats, including a triplex, are on the upper floors.
Chowringhee Road, the heart of the city’s commercial district, runs between the Jeevan Sudha and Tata Centre high-rises. It is being developed by a team that includes Mani Group and Alcove Realty & Diamond Group.

Upper Parel, India, is home to the beautiful Lodha-The Park skyscraper. On Pandurang Budhkar Marg, to be precise. It’s a towering 78 floors high, or about 268 metres. Its total land area is 717.5 acres. Five acres of park space are put to good use.
It acquired this land from DLF Limited in 2012 for a reported Rs. 2800 crore. The Lodha Group conceptualised this park, which takes design cues from some of the best urban parks in the world. Among the many conveniences and safety features it offers are a theatre, indoor games, banquet hall, library, sun deck, community hall, and so on that are available around the clock.
10. Ahuja Towers
Rohit Sharma, the star of the Indian cricket team, lives in Ahuja Towers, another residential property in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi. This is one of the best buildings in the area and was constructed by Ahuja Constructions. The 55-story building was finished in 2019.
