Pashupatinath Temple-

The Pashupatinath temple is located in Kathmandu valley and  330km far from Gorakhpur it is called one of the UNESCO heritage sites, it is a Hindu temple and is counted as one of the pilgrimage destinations and is particularly known for the cremation rites in Bagmati river. It is the temple of lord shiva, known as the protector of animals. It has a pagoda architecture design with a gilt-roofed story. Along with that in the vicinity, it has 500 temples and shrines. Pshupatinath temple is the most famous Sacred Sites in Nepal.

Muktinath temple-

This is also called one of the UNESCO heritage sites located in Kathmandu Valley, which is 300km from Gorakhpur. it is the site of liberation (Mukti) and the temple of lord Vishnu which is the god of both Hinduism and Buddhism. Devotee believes that they will get salvation after death if they take a bath in the temple water.

Manokamna Temple-

It is one of the most hyped and famous temples all over nepal it is the temple of the goddess Manakamna who is the incarnation of Bhagwati. Manakamna consists of two words “mana” which means heart and “kamna” which means wishes if someone makes wishes with a heart they will be fulfilled in the future. This is the miracle of this temple that is known widely all over the world. And it is the epic center of spiritual gurus. To access the temple one has to go through the journey of a power cable.

Shree Bindhyavasini Temple-

It is the temple of goddess Kali’s incarnation that is located in pokhara and is considered one of the strongest spiritual places of pokhara. During the Sawan season, there are lots of spiritual processes that take place like haritalika teej, nitya puja, Hanuman Jayanti, Ashtami puja, and many more occasional festivals celebrated with joy.

Swayambhunath temple-

It is one of the greatest complexes containing various temples and shrines.it is referred to as the Monkey Temple, it is considered one of the UNESCO heritage, and it has mixed features of Buddhist and Hindu elements. The name “Swayambhunath” translates to “self-existent,” reflecting its legendary origins. it has the key features of the stupa, monkey, and panoramic view because the stupa is painted with the Budha idol on all four sides representing wisdom and compassion. Monkey features because of the high population of monkeys attract the views and make the atmosphere so elegant. Since the temple is situated at the hilltops it gives the panoramic view that is so captivating for viewers.

Lumbini-

It is the birthplace of lord buddha and one of the famous UNESCO heritage. It is a pilgrimage destination as well, people love to visit over there, and one of the ancient heritage sites. it is the story that queen maha devi takes a bath and after the bath, she walks towards the sal tree and sits over there before the birth of lord buddha, immediately prince sidharth takes seven steps and announces there would be no rebirth of him, after that he get purification bath where maha devi take bath on same ponds.
