Bhubaneswar Howrah Vande Bharat stops at Howrah Junction, Kharagpur Junction, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack Junction, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road Junction and Puri.
The inaugural Vande Bharat Express from Bhubaneswar connects Howrah Junction to Puri Station, covering a distance of 499 kilometres in 6 hours and 20 minutes, maintaining an average speed of 78 km/h. This Vande Bharat Express can run at a maximum speed of 130 km/h. The train consists of 16 coaches, with 14 being AC Chair Cars and 2 being Executive Chair Cars.

Bhubaneswar Second Vande Bharat Express Train Route will cover a distance of 524 km between Puri and Rourkela. This Vande Bharat Express route will have all stops in Odisha only. Currently, the fastest train between these two cities is the Intercity Express, which takes around 7 hours and 20 minutes to complete a one-way journey.
