Darbhanga Varanasi Vande Bharat Express will be the first Vande Bharat Express to connect south Bihar to Varanasi. Varanasi is connected by two Vande Bharat trains from north Bihar through Patna to Gomati Nagar Vande Bharat and Ranchi to Varanasi Vande Bharat. The Vande Bharat train from Darbhanga to Varanasi will also save more than 2 hours while travelling every time. Currently, the fastest train between Darbhanga and Varanasi is the Jaynagar Mumbai Express, which takes 9 hours and 20 minutes to travel from Darbhanga to Varanasi.
Four Vande Bharat trains run from Varanasi on three different routes. The first Vande Bharat Express was started between Varanasi and New Delhi. According to the sources, Darbhanga Varanasi Vande Bharat will leave Darbhanga at 6 am and reach Varanasi Junction at 1:30 pm after taking a one-hour halt. The same train will leave Varanasi Junction at 2:30 pm and reach Darbhanga junction at 10 pm.
