Gujarat Third Vande Bharat Will Connect These Cities
Gujarat is one of the most developed states in India. To increase rail connectivity with other states Indian railway is planning to launch Gujarat third Vande Bharat train between Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
On September 30, 2022, Gujarat's inaugural Vande Bharat Express commenced its service, connecting Gandhinagar Capital to Mumbai Central. This marked Maharashtra's first Vande Bharat Express as well. Operating six days a week, the train is identified by the numbers 20901/20902. Covering a distance of 522 km in a duration of 6 hours and 15 minutes, the train achieves an average speed of 82 km/h. This Vande Bharat Train makes scheduled stops at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara Junction, and Ahmedabad Junction along its route between Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar Capital.
