Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat Route, Timetable and Ticket Price

During the recent visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Telangana, has conveyed the news to BJP leaders that the Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express train will start soon.

The South Central Railway official had earlier announced in January that the Vande Bharat Express train would travel between Bengaluru and Kacheguda in Hyderabad, covering a distance of nearly 570 kilometres. Vande Bharat Express train is very important for travelling, so Karnataka BJP leaders have already started mentioning Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat.

Hyderabad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat trains will be a significant step as it connects two major tech hubs in India. This train will help to reduce the travel time between the two most important technology hubs, metro cities in India. Hyderabad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat will be the second Vande Bharat train for Karnataka and the third Vande Bharat for Telangana.

Currently, two Vande Bharat, Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express and Secunderabad – Tirupati Vande Bharat Express, are running in Telangana. Karnataka has only one Vande Bharat train, which connects MGR Chennai Central and Mysuru.

Bengaluru and Secunderabad are one of the busiest cities in south India because they connect two major Technology hubs in India. Currently, Rajdhani Express is the fastest train between Bengaluru and Secunderabad, which takes around 11 hours to complete their journey.

The distance between Bengaluru and Secunderabad is 705 km. Some of the major stations between Bengaluru and Secunderabad are Guntakal Junction, Raichur Junction and Sedam.

Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat Timetable

According to the sources, the Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat train will start its journey from Bengaluru at 6:00 am and reach the destination, Secunderabad, at 2 pm on the same day. From Secunderabad, the Vande Bharat Express will leave the station at 3 pm and reach Bengaluru station at 11 pm on the same day.

Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat will take around 8 hours to complete its journey. Currently, Rajdhani Express is taking a minimum time of 11 hours to complete the journey between these two stations.

As per the media reports, the Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat express train will cost around 1675 rupees for a single journey in AC Chair Car class and 3185 rupees for Exec. Chair Car (EC). Currently, Rajdhani Express between Bengaluru and Secunderabad ticket price cost 1905 rupees for AC 3 Tier and 2585 rupees for AC 2 Tier.

Bengaluru Secunderabad Vande Bharat Start Date

According to the information from various sources, the Bengaluru -Secunderabad Vande Bharat train will be started on this route in the last week of May 2023. The final date is not announced by Railway officials.
