  • Kuwait: A three-day holiday if Eid falls on March 30. If it is on March 31, a nine-day break will be granted.

US, UK, and Other Western Countries

  • The US, UK, France, and Germany will follow local moon sighting reports or rely on Saudi Arabia’s announcement.
  • The crescent moon of Shawwal will be observed after Maghrib prayers to confirm Eid’s exact date.

Since Islamic months depend on lunar observations, the final date of Eid ul-Fitr 2025 will be officially confirmed after the moon is sighted.
