The Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT), School of Law, in collaboration with the Indian National Bar Association (INBA), is set to host the 4th All India Moot Court Competition from March 7th to 8th, and March 22nd, 2025. This hybrid event will take place virtually for the initial rounds and conclude with an in-person final at the FIMT Institutional Campus, Bijwasan Road, New Delhi.

FIMT School of Law 4th All India Moot Court Competition 2025 Eligibility
The competition is open to all students enrolled in a law course or equivalent program at any recognized college, institution, or university.
Each team must consist of three members: two designated as speakers and one as a researcher.
Eligible participants include bona fide law students pursuing regular courses at recognized institutions.
FIMT 4th All India Moot Court Competition Registration and Submission Procedure
Registration Procedure:
- Team Registration: Teams must complete the registration form with all required details and pay the registration fee as outlined in the competition rules by 8th February 2025 (11:59 PM).
- Bonafide Letter: A scanned bonafide letter issued by the appropriate authority of the team’s recognized institution must be uploaded via the Google form.
- Team Code: Upon successful registration, a unique Team Code will be assigned by 13th February 2025.
Submission Procedure:
- Memorial Submission: Each team must email a soft copy of the memorials (PDF and Word formats) for both sides by 1st March 2025 (11:59 PM) to fimtsolmootcourt@gmail.com.
- Late Submissions: Late submissions will incur a penalty of 1 mark per day of delay after the deadline.
