Several train options are available between Jaipur and Indore, but travelling time is very high compared to the distance between these cities. There is only one train Ranthambhore Express(Train No-12466), which runs daily between Jaipur and Indore. Ranthambhore Express takes 11 hours and 20 minutes to complete a journey between Jaipur and Indore, but the distance between these two stations is only 600 km. The Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express will cover the same distance in just 7 hours, reducing travel time by 4 hours.
Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express Route
The upcoming Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express will traverse a distance of 600 km. Presently, there are 2-3 daily trains which run daily and weekly basis that operate between Indore and Jaipur, taking approximately 10 to 12 hours for the journey. With the introduction of the Vande Bharat Express on this route, Ujjain will also be connected, making it more accessible to travellers. Ujjain holds significance as one of the most visited cities by Hindus to worship Lord Shiva in India.
Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express Stop
As per sources, the Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to make stops at Sawai Madhopur, Kota Junction, Nagda Junction and Ujjain Junction during its journey between Indore and Jaipur. Notably, there are currently no Express trains like Rajdhani or Shatabdi Express operating on the Udaipur to Jaipur route.
Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express Timetable
The Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to depart from Jaipur at 6:30 am and arrive in Indore at 1:30 pm. Likewise, the return journey from Indore will commence at 2:30 pm, reaching Jaipur at 9:30 pm. The Indore Jaipur Vande Bharat Express will complete the journey between the two cities in just 7 hours, offering a significantly faster travel option compared to other trains that typically take 10 to 12 hours for the same route.
Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express Ticket Price
The Indore Jaipur Vande Bharat Express will exclusively offer AC Chair Car class and Exec. Chair Car (EC) facilities. The ticket prices for Jaipur Indore Vande Bharat Express are expected to be around 1605 rupees for a single journey in AC Chair Car class and 2995 rupees for Exec. Chair Car (EC).
