Domicile:
- You must live in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.
- If you are from Ladakh, an ST certificate from the Ladakh authorities will count as a domicile certificate.
Age Criteria:
- You should be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2024.
Educational Qualifications:
- You must have completed 12th grade (10+2).
- You need at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined.
- You must pass English as a separate subject.
- If you attended a State Open School or the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) with Science subjects and English, you are eligible.
Reserved Categories:
- If you belong to a reserved category, you need a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined, instead of 45%.

Nursing College in Jammu and Kashmir Accepting BOPEE 2024 Score Counselling Process
The Jammu & Kashmir B.Sc. Nursing 2024 Counselling process is important for getting into B.Sc. Nursing programs at government and private colleges in the union territory. The process has two stages: online counselling and physical counselling. Candidates who are eligible for nursing college in Jammu and Kashmir according to the Provisional Merit List can join the counselling after submitting their documents either online or offline, as instructed by the Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE).
Online Counselling:
- Candidates fill out preference forms online.
- There might be a practice session (mock exercise).
- A fee of Rs. 1000/- must be paid for seat allotment consideration.
Physical Counselling:
- Candidates fill out preference forms and must be present in person.
- A fee of Rs. 1000/- is payable at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar using a POS machine.
