As per the provided information, the Delhi Kathgodam Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to depart from Kathgodam at 8:30 am and arrive at Anand Vihar in Delhi at 12:30 pm. Similarly, the train will depart from Anand Vihar at 3 pm and arrive at Kathgodam at 7 pm.
