Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Route, Timetable and Ticket Price

The distance between Delhi and Khajuraho is only 660 km but currently, it takes around 13 hours to travel by train. Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express will reduce the travel time to 7 hours.

Khajuraho is located in which state the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, in the Chatarpur district. Khajuraho is famous for its Hindu and Jain temples. Most Khajuraho temples were built between 885 CE and 1000 CE. Khajuraho is one of the most visited places in Madhya Pradesh, but due to less connectivity by train, many people are still unable to see this beautiful city.

People from Khajuraho have been demanding Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express for a long time because it will help to increase tourism and employment. The Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw recently made this announcement for Delhi – Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express and also informed about the redevelopment of Khajuraho station. He said that the railway is making all efforts to make Khajuraho a world-class station.

The Delhi Khajuraho train route is not very popular. There is one direct train which runs between Delhi and Khajuraho. It leaves Delhi station at 6:20 pm and reaches the next day Khajuraho station at 8 am. It takes around 13 hours and 40 minutes to complete the journey. Delhi Khajuraho – Vande Bharat Express route will help to reduce the travelling time to 7 hours. Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express route will connect many UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express Stop

Delhi – Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express will stop at Mathura Junction, Agra Cantt, Gwalior Junction, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Lalitpur Junction and Kharagpur between Delhi and Khajuraho. The final list of stoppages list may get changed by Indian Railway. Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express Stopppages has many tourist places like Mathura, Agra and Gwalior.

Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express Timetable

Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express will Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in Delhi around 6 am and will reach Khajuraho station at 1 pm. After halting for one hour and 30 minutes, the same train will leave Khajuraho by 2:30 pm and arrive at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in Delhi around 9:30 pm.

Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express Ticket Price

Vande Bharat Express train has two classes, AC Chair Car and Executive Chair Car (EC). The Delhi Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express ticket price is expected to be around 1545 rupees for a single journey in the AC Chair Car class and 2935 rupees for Executive Chair Car (EC).
