CLAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
For Undergraduate Courses:
Candidates applying for CLAT UG 2024 should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI candidates must secure a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade in their 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- SC/ST candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% marks or equivalent.
Candidates in their qualifying examination during March/April 2023 are eligible to appear for CLAT 2023. However, they must provide proof of passing the qualifying examination during admission, or they will forfeit their admission consideration.
For Postgraduate Courses:
For CLAT PG 2024, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Possess an LL.B. Degree or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade for General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories.
- SC/ST category candidates should have a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade.
Candidates taking their qualifying exams in April/May 2023 can also apply.
