Haryana first Vande Bharat Express train was started on 3 October 2019, around 3 years ago between New Delhi and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra. This was the second Vande Bharat Express train in India. Haryana's first Vande Bharat train has only one stoppage in Haryana at Ambala Cantonment Junction railway station. The first Vande Bharat Express in Haryana covered a distance of 656 km and connected four Indian states, New Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. This was the first and only Vande Bharat train in India which connects four states.
